1.2 We host information and promotional web pages on our domain in conjunction with the terms of service and privacy statements of South Africa West Coast.
2. We do not accept, for publication or handling, material which in our opinion is offensive, obscene, racist, immoral or in any other way objectionable. Items banned under South African or US law may not be listed on any SA West Coast website. This web site is a public site and no material that could be considered damaging to children will be displayed. We reserve the right to withdraw or delete any product or service that we find objectional in our sole discretion.
3. Products/services shall not infringe any third party's copyright, patent trade mark, or proprietary rights, nor shall they be defamatory, threatening obscene or contain any viruses.
